Because railway signaling relays are designed with sufficient mass and durability to prevent dangerous flashovers and short circuits over a lifetime of over fifty years, QCF has developed custom forgings that possess the necessary magnetic and hardness properties required for these precision engineered components. We have also developed similar forging solutions to produce heavy duty and protective relays for high-amperage power distribution/generation and electric motor applications.
